   Log any training session, not just cardio. Sessions that aren't lifting and aren't a named cardio activity now have a home: give a session a type, a duration and a note, and it counts toward your week like everything else. Being signed out every day or two is fixed — each app now holds its own session instead of sharing one they kept invalidating for each other. You can also send feedback from Settings, and setup no longer reappears on an account that has already finished it.
